Is the first form free?
Yes. Every new account gets one free driver application form after confirming its email, so you can send it to a driver and see the completed application before you buy anything.
Do drivers have to pay or create an account?
No. Drivers open your link and apply for free on any phone or computer. There is no app to download and no account to create.
What is the difference between per-form and unlimited packages?
A per-form package gives you a set number of applications; each submitted application uses one. An unlimited package lets you collect as many applications as you need for the number of days shown on the package.
Do unused forms expire?
Forms bought per form do not expire, so you can use them whenever you are hiring. Unlimited packages are valid for the period shown when you buy them.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment through Stripe. Nothing renews automatically; you buy more forms only when you need them.
What is included with every form?
A DOT/FMCSA-compliant driver application with AI CDL reading, FCRA, PSP and Clearinghouse consents signed electronically, document uploads, the completed application PDF by email, and every submission saved in your dashboard.
